Create your music in our glass studios, become an author or the inventor of a vehicle. Give your ideas a concrete form in our Maker Space, which is both an open workshop and a community. You can change, invent, and continuously discover something new.

A workshop and community for all makers and creative people

In Maker Space, you can work with tools, let your own ideas become reality, and exchange thoughts with others. We are an open workshop and a community for anyone 14 and older.

Would you like to design something with wood, metal, fabric, or the 3-D printer? No problem. Would you like to program, do photography, or you need a recording studio for your ideas? Do your thing with us. And when you do, you are not alone. In Maker Space, we learn from each other and help each other mutually. You can also deepen your knowledge in regular workshops on a variety of subjects.

The glass studios: “I can” becomes practical

In our four glass studios at the center of the new experimenta, you can be creative at your own pace and without being disturbed. Film your own movie, create your musical work, take great pictures, or build an imaginative vehicle. “I can” is the motto in the studios. In the studios, you’ll find a variety of materials for your ideas, many digital and analogue tools. In the end, you will have created your own work, which you can take home with you.

And by the way: our studios draw on the themes of the various exhibition levels and supplement them.
