By Car
If you are coming by car, you can park at the experimenta parking structure. Visitors to experimenta pay a reduced daily rate of 5 Euros. To obtain the discount, the ticket must be validated at the experimenta ticket counter and is valid for a half hour after leaving experimenta.

The parking structure is not run by experimenta, but is operated by Schwarz Campus Service. Please call +49 (0) 7132 30787-350 or write an email to scs-fm@mail.schwarz if you have any questions or suggestions.

Directions from the A6
Take exit 37 Heilbronn/Neckarsulm and follow the signing to Heilbronn-Zentrum (city center).

Directions from the A81
Take exit 11 Heilbronn/Untergruppenbach and follow L1111 to Heilbronn.

By public transport
If travelling by train, get off at the Hauptbahnhof station in Heilbronn.
It is only about a 7-minute walk from there to experimenta. If travelling by city tram, get off at the stop “Neckarturm am Kurt-Schumacher-Platz”.
experimenta is just a few short steps away. Thus it really isn’t necessary to take the city tram from Hauptbahnhof to “Neckarturm am Kurt-Schumacher-Platz”.

By coach
Parking spaces for busses are located directly adjacent to the experimenta parking structure. We are happy to provide parking permits for registered groups. Permits can be picked up at the experimenta ticket counter.

By camper van or motor home
There are 20 free parking spaces for motorhomes and campers at Wertwiesenpark. From there, you can easily reach Experimenta Square and the city center directly along the Neckar River via a pedestrian and bicycle path.

By plane
The nearest airport is in Stuttgart (STR). From there, you can reach Heilbronn by car in just under an hour (see directions via the A81). If you want to travel by public transport, you must first take the S2 or S3 tram to Stuttgart main station (approx. 27 min). From there, there are regular regional trains to Heilbronn main station (approx. 45 min).
