KI, was geht?

Discover artificial intelligence – interactively and playfully

Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing our everyday lives. This special exhibition gives you an overview of the many ways AI is already being used. At over 50 interactive stations, you can dive into the fascinating world of AI systems. This quickly leads to important questions: Why and how do we actually want to use AI? For example, would you trust AI in the classroom or in the hospital? Share your opinion in the exhibition and see how others have voted!

In the “Test Field”, you can try out what artificial intelligence has long been capable of in various areas. Create images, play “Connect Four” with AI, or find out if AI can recognize your homemade animal.

In the “Black Box”, you can learn more about what’s behind the technology: How does a neural network work? And how is AI actually trained?

In the “Think Tank”, you can reflect on the use of AI in our world: What opportunities does AI offer? Where are the potential problems or risks? You can record your personal assessments on a “punch card.” Join the dialogue about the use of this future technology.

What do visitors to experimenta think about AI?

The exhibition has already been to Bremen and Tartu (Estonia). There, too, people have shared their opinions on AI at the exhibition. After the first run, a diverse range of opinions emerged. For example, almost half can imagine being taught by AI. When it comes to medical issues, however, only a third trust an AI diagnosis. In general, a large majority (69%) are rather optimistic when it comes to solving the major challenges of our time with the help of AI. And what do you think?
