Optionally, experimenta also subsidises parking in the experimenta car park or pays the full cost of the Deutschlandticket.

experimenta offers all employees free consulting services for the company pension scheme. Employees may also convert parts of these payments during the active employment phase with our help and invest in their own old age pension scheme.

We offer our employees additional voluntary benefits, consisting of different modules. These include monthly non-cash compensation on an extra benefits advantage account, bike leasing options, PC leasing and much more.

Our employees can use all experimenta offerings during their free time free-of-charge. This includes not just admission to experimenta and the Science Dome, but also lab courses, readings and other events.

We support and work with you from the outset. For your successful start, at our welcome event you are given an introduction to the company, the culture and the most important topics and processes. A colleague also acts as your mentor for your initial phase here.

Health care to us does not start when someone is ill. It is our prevention offerings that prevent risks to health, safety and performance and, in an emergency, offer assistance and relief measures at an early stage.

We design our workplaces to meet state-of-the-art ergonomic, safety and occupational-medical standards and thereby improve the health, well-being and productivity of all employees.

The duties of the company medical officer include personal health consultation in addition to task-related occupational-medical health examinations.
